Tulsa Pedi-Cabs! What better way to see the Brady District in Tulsa than in a Tulsa Pedi-Cab! These guys are fantastic! They drive you to wherever you want to go! Take one of the restaurant tours and stop at several places to grab a bite, a cup of coffee or a delicious gelato! It's a great way to spend a leisurely afternoon!

Did you know the Blue Whale in Catoosa, Oklahoma (just outside of Tulsa) is on the 10 most iconic sites in the USA? When I posted the picture, EVERYONE knew where I was! The kids will definitely get a kick out walking in the mouth of the Blue Whale! Free Admission is a definite plus! There are also picnic tables if you want to pack a lunch!

Woodward Park is stunningly beautiful. This park is full of beautiful rose gardens, herb gardens, and beautiful bridges, hiking trails, and winding creeks. It’s the perfect place to bring your dogs or have a picnic! You could actually spend the entire day here! Don’t miss the turn-of-the-century green house!

The Pie Hole Pizzeria is a fun way to wind down after a fun afternoon! You can order whole pizzas or pizza by the slice. The pizza was delicious…I happen to love thin crust! It’s really close to Woodward Park!

The Philbrook Museum was amazing! The grounds are shockingly gorgeous. They were actually as beautiful as the art itself.  There are always several art exhibits going on. And the restaurant looked lovely! Next trip here, I’m definitely going to eat there.

I actually stood right in the Center of the Universe! Scientists call it an audio anomaly, but I call it super cool! Standing in the center, your voice actually echoes! Stand to the side, and it doesn't. Kids will love this as much as I did!

The Brook Restaurant and Bar was a lot of fun! There were lots of people bustling around. The food was great! Honestly I wasn't prepared for the large portions! But, oh well, I have lunch for tomorrow! The chicken fried steak was amazing! Definitely worth the day trip!

Who would have thought you would find a real submarine in Oklahoma? Well, there's one in Muskogee! it's called the USS Batfish! The USS Batfish was a World War 2 submarine launched in 1943. It earned 9 battle stars, 1 Navy Cross, 4 Silver Stars, 10 Bronze Stars and 1 Presidential Unit Citation. The WW2 museum and tours for the submarine are Thursday - Saturday, 10-5, and Sunday 1-5. You can take a tour throughout the whole thing! Also, while you're in Muskogee, be sure to visit the Amish Restaurant and Country Store for home-made delicacies!

Natural Falls State Park is just outside of the Arkansas border. It's one of the more beautiful state parks I've visited! The water falls were so pretty, hiking trails are easy to hike with the kiddos! The park itself was immaculate. I was there in the fall when the leaves were changing colors and it was so beautiful! if you visit in the summer, there is actually a swimming hole!

Jenks, Oklahoma is a blast! It's not just for kids. I had as much fun as the little ones! The set up is spectacular! The sharks were amazing and there is so much interaction with some of the exhibits. Be careful when you feed the stingrays...they jump pretty high!

When you are in Stroud Oklahoma, stop by the Rock Cafe. Not only is the food delicious, it's on the historical register on Route 66. The owner was an inspiration for Sally Carerra, one of the characters in the movie Cars! There's also a really cute gift shop next store!

When you come to Tahlequah, a must see visit is the Cherokee Nation Heritage Center! Not only are there amazing works of art at their museum, you actually learn about the everyday life of the Cherokee. We had a guided tour of their beautiful grounds. Which, by the way, are every hour.

We're heading to Tulsa to find interesting places and fun things to do!
